Dr. Clifton Carey: A Clinical Trial of K21-Coated TAD Appliances on Orthodontic Patients

I will discuss three clinical studies, assessing the ability of K21 to control oral biofilm, the ability of K18 to act as a smooth sealant for orthodontics, and the ability of K21 coating to stabilize TAD (temporary anchorage devices) appliances in orthodontic treatments.  Finally, I will also describe a microCT analysis of organ structure and hard tissue in Zebrafish exposed to K21.
